As you might imagine, over the passing of time Woodwitches have seen the many and varied moods of Sherwood Forest. From the glory of summer to the shroud of winter - in the mists of morning to the still of night. For The Gathering Of Sherwood the beauty of the forest is perpetual and each season brings its own particular mood to the time and place. For anyone - Pagan or not - visiting the forest is a wonderful experience, but for those who are a little far and distant we have compiled this slide presentation of forest moods. It is of course a pale comparison to the real thing, but does give an ancient feel of the forest and takes the viewer into some of the quiet and still places where Woodwitches continue to quietly gather at special times.
The presentation is a sound and slide show that is a Windows movie file. Once launched it will download and automatically play on your Windows Media Player like any other audio / visual file. However, if you do not have a broadband Internet connection it may take a few minutes to download and would be best viewed in small screen format.
